Having an issue restarting Daedalus after creating the symbolic link. I hear news of more bridges being made from cardano to other blockchains and also more dex's. Is there other reasons tvl has gone down or is tvl measure by some other metric?

There are too much Dexes on Cardano, using an aggregator like Dexhunter is the way to go. Can't wait for Butaneprotocol to launch Synthetics and hopefully a pegged stable, this would launch Defi on Cardano

What does "under-serviced" Kenyan mortgages mean? That could just as easily mean that real OWNER ownership of homes is much higher in Kenya, rather than banks owning all the properties. Less mortgages could very easily be a good thing... Always applaud the effort of Cardano projects, especially those still building in a bear (I have a project myself we are still building), but I would say we should really be careful about comparative analysis as we integrate DeFi, Crypto, and NFT's into the world.

Hilarious valuation on chain raise. You can invest at the valuation of $40 million. Meanwhile the CEO allocated herself 25% of their total shares, so that's $8 million for her. Her husband is the President...wonder what kind of equity package he gets. Yea, no thanks. This company is worth $5 million valuation at best.

I had high hopes for empowa. But I have lost faith in this project. Their overly complex business model smells like bs. Don't waste your money or energy on this scam. Projects like World Mobile and Nuvola are safer.

Why are we not hearling/seeing more about the development of Smart Places? No info available.. when will the "app" be launched? Cant help but get the impression the project is dying a silent death

There won't be an airdrop for all Ada holders for Midnight. Charles said that he wanted to do an airdrop for those who would participate in Midnight network, probably meaning that a user would have to do some work in order to be eligible for an airdrop. At least that is my understanding.
